DEFINITIONS
Parties - The
two parties who are entering into this agreement are "the
client” and "Rock- It Air Charter, Inc”. Charterer - the
individual or entity requesting the charter service. Charter
Company - the Company providing the service known as “Your
Charter Company”.
GENERAL
This charter
quote is aircraft specific; should the need arise to change
aircraft, cost may vary accordingly. Charterer shall be informed
of any such change prior to flight and the amount of additional
cost, if any. The quote is based upon aircraft and crew
availability and is valid for 30 days. Upon acceptance of terms
and conditions listed herein, this document becomes a legal and
binding contract between the two parties.
PRICES,
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
All prices
quoted herein are accurate on the date quoted, are subject to
change without notice, and are valid for 30 days. Full payment
is due on the date of service. Our cancellation fee is 50% of
quote if the flight is cancelled within 24 hours of flight time,
and 100% of quote if cancelled within 2 hours of flight time. A
no show will be charged the full amount of the charter cost.
DOCUMENTATION
Photo ID's are
required prior to flight. Additionally official travel documents
(passports, visas, etc,) are the responsibility of each
passenger.
ITINERARY
CHANGES and TRANSMITTAL OF CHANGES
Itinerary
changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew
availability and subject to price adjustment. Notification of
changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and transmitted
by telefax to (909) 937-6904 within the cancellation timeframe
listed above.
RESPONSIBILITY
“RIAC” shall
not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect,
special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused
by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of
any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or
carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident,
delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, sickness, weather,
strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability
shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any
claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the
state(s) in which we have our principal business location.
PARTIAL
COMPLETION OF FLIGHTS
“RIAC” is not
liable for expenses incurred for replacement transportation in
the case of mechanicals, (in such cases our charges apply only
on portions of flight completed). If a flight does not reach its
destination due to weather, charges apply to any destination
reached and return flight of the aircraft and crew (with or
without passengers) to home base. In the case of mechanicals,
“RIAC” may at its option provide substitute transportation which
shall be charged as an additional fee to charterer. In such
cases “RIAC” original charges apply only on portions of flight
completed.

Rock-It Air
Charter shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to
perform a flight or for a flight delay resulting from
governmental laws, regulation, orders, war, acts of God, injury
or illness, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil disobedience,
national emergencies, unavailability of fuel, weather,
mechanical breakdowns, or any other events beyond reasonable
control, or from negligence, misfeasance or nonfeasance of
unrelated third parties, provided that the party shall promptly
notify the other party of any conditions which may result in
such a failure, and shall use its best efforts to overcome the
event of force majeure and or provide a reasonable substitute.

utmost importance. This privacy statement is designed to provide

What Rock-It Air
Charter Will Do With Your

If you choose to give us personal information for any of the
purposes above, this information is retained by
Rock-It Air Charter and will only be used by
Rock-It Air Charter to support your customer
relationship with us. We will not add you to a mailing list, or
newsletter without your registration for this service. We will
only contact you if further information is required from you to
complete a service.
What Others May Do With Your
Information.
Rock-It Air Charter does not share, rent, or sell
any personally identifying information provided through our Site
(such as your name or email address) to any outside organization
for use in its marketing or solicitations. From time to time
Rock-It Air Charter may use agents or contractors
who will have access to your personal information to perform
services for
Rock-It Air Charter (such as
DATABASE MAINTENANCE, FURTHER EXAMPLES), however,
they are required by us to keep the information confidential and
may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the
services for
Rock-It Air Charter. In addition,
Rock-It Air Charter

that our users are x percent PCs users and y percent Macintosh

Rock-It Air Charter

Rock-It Air Charter On-line Store is designed to

allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering
and to view your purchasing history. To protect your privacy, we
have designed the Sites to include certain steps to verify your
identity before granting you access or enabling you to make
corrections in an account. You will always have access to this

any time. To access your information, you will need to use a

When purchasing products through

At times, we will use a feature on your web browser to send your

learn ways to enhance our Sites, and to give you better, more
personalized service while in our web site. You can reset your

However, some functions of the Sites will not function if you

Rock-It Air Charter is sensitive to the heightened

vast majority of the material on our web site is not intended
